My Process & Services
From the very first conversation to the moment you return home, I will be by your side every step of the way. I make the planning process smooth, stress-free, and tailored to your unique needs, ensuring that every detail of your trip is thoughtfully arranged.
The Consultation
The first thing we will do is have a free, 15-minute consultation. We will ask each other a lot of questions. I will learn about your travel style and preferences. I will ask about your specific needs and areas in which you may need assistance. I will offer some suggestions as to how we can move forward with planning.
After The Consultation
I will get busy planning your trip. This could take up to two weeks depending on the length of your trip and the travel destination. I will then schedule a virtual meeting with you and present your proposed itinerary. You will give me feedback about the things you love or want to change, and I will finalize the plan.
The Final Plan
I will then book everything we discussed and put confirmation and reservation numbers into your itinerary. I will send you the full itinerary and it will contian a link for the Trip Plans app. You can use the app or, if you wish, print out the full itinerary if you wish. I will manage all communications with the service providers before your departure and, if need be, during your travels.
Group Travel
The group travel process is almost identical except that I will provide a customized landing page for your group. From there, everyone will be able to see the itinerary and provide me the information need to book in their name. Each member of the group will receive the itinerary and the app.
Booking & Reservation Management
If you already know what you want to do, but don’t want to hassles with the reservation process, I will book all of your preferred services. I will provide you with an itinerary that includes reservation/confirmation numbers. I will manage all communications with the service providers before your departure and, if need be, during your travels. I will send you the link for the Trip Plans app, so that you can access everything from your phone at any time. You can also print out the full itinerary if you wish.
